Description
Nach der Abdankung Napoleons im Jahr 1814 und nach einer guten Ernte, konnte England (das eine Hungersnot hinter sich hatte) wieder aufatmen. Der englische König Ludwig XVIII. gibt John Bull ein Dinner, bei dem es zugeht wie im Schlaraffenland: die Waren wandern von selbst auf den Tisch. Im Hintergrund pflügt zweiter John Bull einen Acker und Waren werden aus einem Schiff ausgeladen. Napoleon sitzt verbittert auf einer Insel fest.
