English: Clear glass cylindrical form with pressed decoration. Circular scalloped mouth with spout surmounting section decorated with pressed dotted pattern of alternating Maltese cross and fleur-de-lis motifs on swags above the phrase "JUBILEE OF QUEEN VICTORIA 1837 1887"; reeded bottom section; ovoid loop handle; crown impressed on underside of base.
