Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Coutances, Manche, Basse-Normandie, France


English: Second panel (of seven in total, counting from bottom to top) of the central light of the stained glass window in the 217th bay (north window of the north transept), created c. 1230–1240, depicting a scene from the life of Saint George where he is invited by proconsul Dacianus to offer a sacrifice to the Roman gods. See p. 137 in Martine Callias Bey and Véronique David: Les vitraux de Basse-Normandie, ISBN 2-84706-240-8.
