Summary[edit]

Description
English: Corrected Divergence, m, is defined as the number of amino acid changes per 100 amino acids and was calculated by using the following formula m/100=(-ln⁡((1-n)/100)), were n is the amount of amino acid changes per 100 amino acids before correction. Sequence identities were found by using the EMBOSS Needle sequence alignment tool to compare the given species’ ortholog with the respective homo sapiens protein. Divergence times were median values taken from TimeTree.
