Summary[edit]

Description Photograph of King George V (1865-1936) (left) and Queen Mary (1867-1953) seated on Coronation chairs within Westminster Abbey during the Coronation ceremony. In between them stand senior members of the clergy including the Archbishop of Cantebury, Randall Davidson (1848-1930). Watching the proceedings in the background are Princess Mary (1897-1965), Prince Albert (1895-1952), Prince Henry (1900-74) and Prince George (1902-42).
