Deutsch: Urkunde anlässlich der ersten Impfung gegen Corona in Österreich. Die ersten fünf Österreicher wurden am 27. Dez. 2020 an der Medizinischen Universität Wien in Anwesenheit des Bundeskanzlers und des Gesundheitsministers geimpft; der Vorgang wurde im Fernsehen übertragen. Verimpft wurde der COVID-19-Impfstoff der Unternehmen BioNTech/Pfizer, der am 21. Dez.2020 von der EU eine bedingte Zulassung (Notfallzulassung) erhieltː [1]. Vom Bundeskanzleramt wurde der Impfstoff als „Gamechanger“ bezeichnet und der erste Impftermin als „dieser Tag wird in die Geschichte eingehen“ angekündigtː [2]. Die hohen Erwartungen an den Impfstoff wurden nicht erfüllt, trotzdem machte BioNTech im darauffolgendem Jahr eine Rendite von über 50̤% (bei einem Umsatz von rd. 19 Mrd. Euro wurden rd. 10,3 Mrd. Gewinn gemacht)ː [3]. |
