Summary[edit]

Description
English: Corner of Key Hill and Key Hill Drive, Jewellery Quarter. Part of the boundary of Key Hill Cemetery, which was laid out by the General Cemetery Company and opened in 1836 to relieve overcrowding of churchyards. The original landscaping, boundary walls and gates were by Pope of Smethwick. Massive sandstone details give these walls the solemnity of death.
