Italiano: Olio su tela cerata di Egisto Tortori in cui sono illustrati alcuni aspetti dell'anatomo-morfologia del corallo rosso (Corallium rubrum Linnaeus, 1758). 1 - Polipi del corallo. 2 - Scorza (sarcosoma) e vasi sullo scheletro assiale (sclerasse). 3 - Organi genitali femminili. 4 - Organi genitali maschili. 5 - Spicule calcaree. 6 - Polipo femmina che rilascia una larva (planula).
