English: Table 13 of the series of paintings on the Spanish Conquest of Mexico, a series by the New-Spanish artists Juan González and Miguel González.
This table depicts the arrest of the former tlatoani of Texcoco Cacamatzin and its takeover by his brother Ixtlilxochitl II, the repartition of gold among the Spanish soldiers and the order to free Indian prisoners by the Spanish captain Hernán Cortés.
