The United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTDAD), in cooperation with the U.S. Mission, featured Mr. Thomas Engle in its Visiting Experts Lecture Series. Mr. Engle, Director of the Office of Monetary Affairs and lead U.S. representative to the Paris Club of creditor countries, spoke on progress and remaining challenges in managing sovereign debt in low-income countries.
