| Description |
English: Concrete Base for Turbine Tower No 3. Looking South towards Manchester this is the site for Turbine No 3 one out of a total of 26 wind turbines erected on Scoutmoor between Rochdale and Rawtenstall.
When construction is complete the wind farm will be clearly visible from most parts of Greater Manchester.
