Summary[edit]

An image of four major types of joints, commonly used in welding, soldering, and brazing applications. (1) is a square butt joint, (2) is a single V preparation joint, (3) is a lap joint, and (4) is a T-joint. Created by User:Spangineer on 5 May 2005.

Stoßarten und Nahtformen[edit]

Die Grafiken zeigen verschiedene Nahtformen und Stoßarten. Unter Stoßarten versteht man in der Schweißtechnik unter welcher Position die zu verbindenden Bauteile zueinander stehen. Der Großteil an Schweißnähten wird an Bauteilen angebracht die in 90° zueinander stehen. Diesen Stoß nennt man T-Stoß. Wenn die Teile parallel zueinander stehen (Verlängerung) bezeichnet man dies als Stumpfstoß. Darüber hinaus gibt es noch Schrägstoß, Eckstoß und Doppel-T-Stoß.

Die entstehenden Nähte nennt man bei T-Stoß Kehlnaht. Bei einem Stumpfstoß können je nach Fugenform (=Ausbildung der Nahtvorbereitung um ein vollständiges Durchschweißen zu ermöglichen) I-Naht, V-Naht, Y-Naht und Doppel-V-Naht (X-Naht) geschweißt werden.
