Summary[edit]

Description
English: "A view of the Amherst sandstone bricks of City Hall. The building was dedicated on March 28, 1872, and burned on January 12, 1921. (Prior to this, City Hall was on the second floor of the Central Market, which opened June 1, 1850 at 165 South Fourth Street.) The Ohio Theatre was built on this site in 1928."
