Italiano: Piastre di colture cellulari ricercate negli alimenti; lo sviluppo batterico avviene dopo la semina in agar, un terreno solido ricco di nutrienti , dopo 24-48 ore di incubazione a una temperatura di 25°C-30°C le cellule batteriche si rendono visibili per la loro identificazione.
English: Microbial Collection. Cell culture plates researched in foods. Bacterial development occurs after plating in agar, solid soil rich in nutrients, after 24-48 hours of incubation at temperatures of 25-30 degrees , the bacterial cells become visible for their identification.
