'Kranslegging bij een monument met een plaquette over de Proklamasi' Dit is vermoedelijk voor het voormalige woonhuis van President Soekarno, Pegangsaan Timur 65, Jakarta. Als informatie staat in potlood naast de foto 'MB 19'. Opname toont centraal een witte zuil, naar boven taps toelopend. Op de zuil een plaat, mogelijk koperen plaat, met tekst, met bovenaan het woord 'PROKLAMASI'en daaronder ook nog 'INDONESIA'. Decrest is eigenlijk niet leesbaar. Het is een monument waarbij ook kransen van bloemen worden gelegd. Bij deze kransen drie jonge Indonesische kinderen. Op de achtergrond een (woon)huis. Duidelijk is dat het hier om hetzelfde monument gaat als op foto nf 1373-21-4 is te zien. Al is het niet aangegeven, aangenomen is dat de foto van Java komt. 1950 Afmetingen van het werk: 2,8 x 3,9 cm (1,1 x 1,5 in.) Bahasa Indonesia: 'Peletakan karangan bunga di monumen dengan plakat tentang Proklamasi' Ini diduga untuk bekas kediaman Presiden Soekarno yang terletak di jalan Pegangsaan Timur 65, Jakarta.
Sebagai informasi, tertulis dengan pensil di sebelah foto 'MB 19'. Gambar menunjukkan kolom putih di tengah, meruncing ke atas. Di kolom itu ada pelat, kemungkinan pelat tembaga, dengan tulisan 'PROKLAMASI' di atas dan 'INDONESIA' di bawah. Decrest sebenarnya tidak terbaca. Ini adalah monumen di mana karangan bunga juga diletakkan. Tiga anak muda Indonesia mengiringi karangan bunga ini. Di latar belakang sebuah rumah yang terletak di perumahan. Jelas bahwa ini adalah monumen yang sama seperti yang terlihat pada foto nf 1373-21-4. Meski tidak disebutkan, diduga foto tersebut berasal dari Pulau Jawa.
