  Am 23. Dezember 1310 erfolgt der feierliche Einritt in Mailand. Mit großem  
  Gefolge zieht der König in die Stadt ein, vor deren Toren ihn die Bürger
  begrüßen. Am Dreikönigstag, dem 6. Januar 1311, wird Heinrich mit der
  eisernen Krone zum König von Italien gekrönt. Da die Krone der Langobarden
  trotz langer Suche nicht mehr gefunden werden konnte, ließ Heinrich eine
  neue in Fom eines Lorbeerkranzes anfertigen.
