В золотом поле, выходящая вправо из повышенного, возникающего слева лазоревого (синего, голубого) облака рука, держащая видимый изнутри овальный лазоревый щит и сопровождаемая внизу четырьмя чёрными ядрами, соединёнными попарно чёрными цепями накрест. Щит увенчан муниципальной короной установленного образца.
