En campo de azur: una cruz de oro llagada de gules, en cuyos ángulos se disponen: una campana, de oro, en el primero; una biblia abierta, de argen, con el alfa y la omega, de sable, en el segundo; un aguamanil y una jofaina, de argen, en el tercero; una estrella de ocho puntas, de plata, y una muralla derribada, de aurora, acolada de la fachada de la catedral de la Almudena, de argen, todo ello en palo, en el cuarto. En punta, dos ramas de olivo, de sinople, frutadas de sable. Al timbre, capelo episcopal de sinople, a diez borlas de lo mismo por lado, dispuestas en cuatro órdenes. Acolados al escudo, cruz procesional arzobispal, con dos travesaños, y palio arzobispal. Por divisa: «IN MISERICORDIA TUA, CREDERE ET SERVIRE» («En tu Misericordia, creer y servir»).
