Current version (lozenge-shaped shield) used as a widow
The Royal arms of Spain differenced by Three-point label azure with a Pillar of Hercules and a rampant Lion from the Coat of arms of Badajoz and two Holm Oaks, an element of the Coat of arms of Extremadura.
Español: Armas atribuidas de la infanta Pilar de España, Duquesa de Badajoz 2001-2020.
Versión atribuida como viuda (escudo en losange).

Escudo cuartelado y entado en punta: en el 1º, de gules, con un castillo de oro, almenado, mazonado de sable y aclarado de azur, que es de Castilla; en el 2º, de plata con un eón rampante de gules coronado de oro, lampasado y armado de lo mismo, que es de León; en el 3º, de oro, con cuatro palos de gules, que es de Aragón; en el 4º, de gules, con una cadena de oro puesta en orla, en cruz y en aspa, con un punto de sinople en abismo, que es de Navarra; en el 5º, entado en punta, de plata, con una granada al natural rajada de gules, sostenida, tallada y hojada de dos hojas de sinople, que es de Granada. Sobre el todo, un escusón de azur con tres flores de lis de oro, bordura de gules, que es de Borbón. El todo diferenciado con un lambel de azur de tres pendientes: cargado el central de una columna, de plata, encintada de oro y cargada con la inscripción "plus ultra" en letras de sable, y alzado y apoyado en la columna, un león rampante, de gules, linguado de lo mismo, perfilado uñado y coronado de oro, muebles (piezas) de las armas de Badajoz; los dos pendientes laterales cargados de una encina de sinople perfilada de oro, mueble (pieza) de las armas de Extremadura.

Al timbre corona de infantes y rodeado de la banda de la Gran Cruz de la Orden de Carlos III y un cordón de viuda.
