English: In a field of gules with a point of azure bordered with argent, a boat of gold on a turbulent wave. At the top of the escutcheon is the name of the city in Russian, in gold letters. At the top there are golden numbers for the year of the city's founding: 1152
Español: En un campo de gules con una punta de azur bordeada de argén, una barca de oro sobre una ola agitada. En la parte superior del escudo está el nombre de la ciudad en ruso, en letras de oro. En la punta hay números dorados por el año de la fundación de la ciudad: 1152
