Description
English: (Left) U.S. Coast Guard Reserve Petty Officers 1st Class Alfred Jurison and Stephen DeMorat of the Redeployment Assistance and Inspection Detachment, Patrol Forces Southwest Asia, attached to the 831st Deployment and Distribution Support Battalion, verify a container that will transport hazardous material to be seaworthy at Camp Nathan Smith, Afghanistan, July 5. A leak from even a small hole in a container can allow rainwater to seep inside, destroying critical electronic equipment.
