Description
English: A complete but worn lead cloth seal of Post-Medieval date.

Comprising of two flat circular discs, joined at the top by a short rectangular connecting strip. The front disc has an integral rivet that has been pushed through the second disc and has a flattened oval head. The front face of the front disc is worn but there are two raised crosses, likely indicating the value or length of the cloth.

This cloth seal measures 20.33mm in diameter, 2.63mm in thickness, 6.12g in weight.
