English: Close up of a wine sample that went through a bench trial where a certain dosage of bentonite and isinglass was added to the wine to see how much clarity and stability is improved. The fining agents attach to colloids in the wine and sink to the bottom as lees sediment (example shown) which is then removed from the wine. |
