Description
English: Clipped silver shilling of Charles I, Group C, third bust, with a rose initial mark, dating 1631-1632AD.  Obverse has the crowned bust of the king facing left with XII behind.  The legend is missing but would have read [CAROLVS D.G. MA.BR.FR.ET.HIB.REX].  The reverse is a garnished shield with CR above. The legend reads CHRI[STO AVSPICE REGN]O.
