Description
It is difficult to imagine microbiological research without classical laboratory methods. This image harks back in its style to the history of this field of science. It is a tribute to classical microbiology, and emphasizes the importance of the Master-Apprentice relationship at Universities, which is also essential for imparting practical skills in the field.
