Description
Circle of 12 fifths

Alternating minor thirds (blue-red) and major thirds (red-blue) closed to a circle of seven octaves

This pattern contains the 12 minor chords (blue-red-blue) and the 12 major chords (red-blue-red).

The blue keys and red keys alone both form a circle of perfect fifths, like the one shown on the right.

With the tones that are part of five-finger patterns
