Description
Polski: Narożna kamienica przypisana była do dzielnicy Górne Przedmieście z numerem konskrypcyjnym 399. Obiekt został wybudowany w latach 1890-1893 przez Aloisa Jedeka dla Alfonsa Mattera. Właścicielem kamienicy w okresie międzywojnia był nadal Alfons Matter.
English: Alfons Matter, who owned brickworks nearby, developed this now historical district of Cieszyn and owned the tenement building at the corner of Stalmacha and Sienkiewicza streets with a balcony apartment in which he resided for many years, as well as the building that completed the block on Stalmacha and which became the First Polish School in Silesia. Stalmacha street was formerly known as Empress Elisabeth street.
