    SEATTLE - (Left to Right) Master Chief Petty Officer of the Coast Guard Charles Bowen, Mrs. Janet Bowen and Chief Warrant Officer Michael Lemay, Commanding Officer of the Coast Guard Cutter Sea Fox, pose for a photo during its commissioning ceremony at Naval Base Kitsap-Keyport, Wash., Sept. 18, 2009. Mrs. Janet Bowen is Sea Fox's Official Sponsor, a traditional honorary role given to a woman with close ties to the service, bestowing good luck and divine protection over the ship and all that sail aboard. The newest addition to the Coast Guard fleet is named after the United States Submarine Sea Fox, a diesel-electric submarine of the Balao Class, which was decommissioned Dec. 14, 1970.
