Description
English: HONOLULU -- Chief Petty Officer Carl Shipley, the Advanced Interdiction Division Chief from the Maritime Safety and Security Team 91107, explains the purpose of the of the unit and its core missions to a group of Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps students from Moanalua High school Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2010.

The students also toured a buoy tender and small boat station to expand their knowledge of the Coast Guard.
