Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The South of India has its own unique spices and ways of cooking. While the north style dishes have specific bases for gravy, the South cooking relies more on ground spices to grant the pungency, spices, and heat to dishes. This is a chicken masala that i thoroughly enjoyed on a journey to Chennai, India
