Description
English: Chhatha Pooja is the famous festival of Bihar in India and one of the toughest festival as one need to perform fast for four days without water and food. In this festival people worship lord Sun, on third day evening the sunset is worshipped and on forth day morning rising Sun is worshipped. It is celebrated after six days of festival of lights that is 'Diwali' that's from where it get it name 'Chhatha' which means the sixth day after Diwali. It is celebrated as Diwali mainly in Bihar, West Bengal, Eastern Uttar Pradesh and all over the India with full enthusiasm and happiness.
