Summary[edit]

Description Historic arcade in the low-scaled streetcar retail corridor of Chevy Chase, D.C. Lovely interior, but high vacancy -- these tiny, shallow spaces aren't very appealing, and I'm not sure the plumbing is in place for food service. It's almost too intimately scaled: I felt like I was intruding on the non-busy barber on the left as I walked past, as if I was walking into his shop.
