English: Chess Brook in Flood A tributary of the River Adur that joins just to the west of Betley Bridge. The small valley has been the recipient of the waters from the River Adur as it burst its banks after 20-30mm of rain fell overnight. The dark clouds are those of a heavy shower that has just passed overhead. |
