Hussein Amine was born on June 30, 1993, in south Lebanon, in a small village called Adayseh, to two Muslim parents. He grew up in Adayseh, studied there, traveled to Ghana Africa, for the first time in 2012, and then began a series of travels and career building from there to Liberia, Lebanon, and Qatar. His career as an experienced chef specializing in preparing dishes from different cuisines as well as in kitchen and restaurant management. His professional experience includes working in hotels and restaurants throughout the Middle East (Lebanon), West Africa (Ghana and Liberia), and the Gulf (Qatar).Having the opportunity to work in different environments with different types of clients, he’s able to gain solid experience preparing dishes from multiple cuisines to meet the demands of his diverse clients. He is an expert at inspecting food items, planning and developing menus, writing food purchase specifications, developing recipes, maintaining presentation standards, and determining pricing for all menu items and specials as the executive chef of a restaurant. Moreover, Chef Hussein is well versed in developing techniques for food preparation and presentation and is able to assist in establishing menu prices. In addition, he has demonstrated the ability to train line cooks on cooking techniques and the utilization of products and is able to ensure that inventory is stocked with fresh ingredients. Furthermore, he possesses a professional appearance and is capable of maintaining high standards of sanitation, health, and safety. above and beyond the call of duty, and extremely capable of evaluating food products to ensure freshness and quality standards are met, as well as inspecting supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance with established standards.
