Description
English: These are the pictures of the historical buddha stupa at village chaneti in yamunanagar Haryana. Famous philosopher and traveller Hwen Tsang visited this very place in 623-643 AD and He has mentioned ten stupas of India in his documents and this historical stupa at village chaneti In Haryana ,India is one of those ten stupas mentioned. This stupa was built by kind dhanabhuti during king Ashoka rule in India . This place was an ancient city named Shrughna which is called village sugh now a days and the village Chaneti is the place where this well protected monument is standing tall in my hometown and I am proud of it.
