Summary[edit]
DescriptionChachani summit edited.jpg | Summit of the Chachani (to the left, seems a bit lower), 6075m high, and Mt Fatima (highest on the photo), the highest of the three volcanoes above Arequipa, Peru, in october 2007. The path to reach the summit can be seen, going almost to the top of Mt Fatima first. Despite the altitude, the mountain is almost entirely free of snow at this time of year, mainly due to the dry climate of the area. |
