Description
English: Complete cast copper alloy trade weight of post-medieval date. The weight is circular with a raised rim. There are three symbols stamped on the weight - the letter A, a cross (X) and a ewer (or coffee pot) for the Founders Company. At the centre is a The weight is flat on the reverse. The object has a pale green colour; the surface is worn and pitted.
