Les soldats français internés peuvent envoyer des cartes standard à leur familles en ville.

A Hà-Noi, les cartes sont recto-verso, un côté pour la correspondance de la famille vers l'intéressé, l'autre pour la réponse. Elles portent également dans chaque sens une marque de censure japonaise mais sont acheminées par la Mairie et ne portent donc aucune marque postale (seulement deux exemplaires ont été signalés à ce jour).
