Summary

[edit]
Description
English: When there's a threat of heavy rain, people often park on the JDP neutral ground to avoid street flooding. Usually they park on the bike path, which I can tell you from personal experience creates problems for the bicycle commuter. But here's something new: motorists parking to the side. You can see a bike rider in the distance who is undoubtedly appreciative. Is this a one-time fluke or a new norm?
