Carrollton Oak Street Clock Broken Panel - New Orleans

Summary[edit]

Description
English: Carrollton, New Orleans. Street clock at uptown lake corner of Carrollton Avenue & Oak Street. A Whitney Bank clock was here for generations; when the bank moved they took their iconic clock and this replacement was put in its place. It hasn't been keeping time for years, and I notice one of the panels is smashed.
