Description

Aircraft of the U.S. Navy Carrier Air Group 2 (CVG-2) flying over their parent aircraft carrier USS Shangri-La (CVA-38). CVG-2 was assigned to the Shangri-La for a deployment to the Western Pacific from 13 November 1956 to 20 May 1957. Shown are (top to bottom):
