Description
English: Carlton, North Yorkshire, England.
Near Goole, East Riding of Yorkshire. Railway Crossing on Linwith Lane Originally the railway was the Hull and Barnsley Line. It is now used to deliver coal to Drax Power Station. The house is now privately owned. The Hull and Barnsley railway was built to take coal from South Yorkshire to Hull Docks, the fastest and most direct route. And the engine drivers were better paid than drivers on other companies
