Description Senator Carl Levin makes opening statements during the testimony of Acting Deputy Secretary of Defense Christine Fox and Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral James Winnefeld in the Senate Armed Service Committee at the Dirksen Senate Office Building in Washington D.C. on January 28, 2014.
