Description
English: Captain Ming Erh Chang, U.S. Navy, at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii (USA), in 1977. He later became a Rear Admiral and was born in Shanghai, China. From 4 April 1977 to 16 June 1979, he commandes the guided missile cruiser USS Reeves (CG-24).
