Also known as the Yick Kong Society Building. Demolished in March of 1965 during an urban renewal sweep that claimed many early Pioneer Square structures east of 1st Avenue that hadn't been destroyed by the 1949 earthquake; was eventually replaced with a similarly sized building in the 1970s. Currently (2020) the Canton Lofts apartments are being built on this corner, named in honor of this building and the site's Chinese-American heritage.
