English: Camp Eggers volunteer community relations team members play with stray dogs at the PARSA social services compound in Kabul, Aug. 16. The visit was part of a volunteer mission to the co-located Afghan Scouts National Training Center, where volunteers delivered a truckload of donated flood relief supplies bound for the nearby Sarobi district. Recent flooding killed dozens and decimated communities in the mountainous district. The volunteers, representing civilians and service members from NATO Training Mission-Afghanistan/Combined Security Transition Command-Afghanistan are helping the Afghan Scouts to assist the recovery of a girls school devastated by the flooding.
