| Description |
Bahasa Indonesia: Media Murashige-Skoog adalah media yang umum digunakan dalam embriogenesis somatik. Penambahan zat pengatur tumbuh tertentu akan mendorong pembentukan kalus pada eksplan tanaman, misalnya pada daun kopi robusta ini. Kalus akan tumbuh seperti pembengkakan pada eksplan dan memiliki sifat meristematik. Kalus ini dapat disubkulturkan kembali untuk perbanyakan tanaman. English: Murashige-Skoog is a common medium for somatic embryogenesis. The addition of certain plant growth regulators will encourage callus formation on plant explants, for example on Robusta coffee leaves. Callus will grow like a swelling on the explant and has meristematic properties. This callus can be subcultured again for plant propagation. |
