Description
English: Consists of seventeen pages of text, including illumination of arms, giving a brief history of Richter (he joined the Austrian army in 1754; saw service 1757-63). Signed by Emperor Josef and counter-signed by Tobias Philip, Freiher von Coblentz. Imperial seal case is attached by a silk cord to the book. Past-paper book papers used as end papers.
