Description
中文：一種墨西哥的野生仙人掌

墨西哥是世界上最著名的仙人掌產地，甚至連其國徽與國旗上都可見到仙人掌的蹤跡。墨西哥仙人掌的種類繁多，圖中所見為一種在該國中部高原地區常見的仙人掌品種，當地人常摘採這種仙人掌剛長出的肉芽，將其稍事處理過後切碎作為沙拉食用，口感有點類似海帶，帶有點韌勁。
