Description
English: The "Cabildo Abierto" of may 22, 1810, in the city of Buenos Aires (now part of Argentina, then part of the Viceroyalty of the Río de la Plata), where it was decided to remove the viceroy Baltasar Hidalgo de Cisneros.
Cleaned up blown relflective light from parts of image at request on request improvements pages. Took out levels and cuves a number of times to remove glare, then hand painted detail back in with fine digital brushes.
